箱式气体氮化炉

箱式气体氮化炉生产线由箱式气体氮化炉、真空清洗机、预氧化炉、进出料车及备料台等设备共同组成。采用NH3+N2+CO2氮基气氛，采用氢分析仪和PE系列氮势控制仪进行氮势控制。适用于对齿轮，模具等零件的氮化，氮碳共渗处理，零件外观呈银灰色，变形小，质量稳定。

箱式气体氮化炉由前室，加热室及内部有自动推拉料机构等部分组成。每一台箱式软氮化炉都配有各自独立的控制系统,包括独立的温度、氮势智能控制仪、人机对话操作系统和柜内空调器等。
